Pufferfish and Eels
We cultivate puffer fish and eels at our subsidiary “Nagasaki Onshore Aquaculture” located in Matsuura City, Nagasaki Prefecture.
Because of its location near a power plant in Matsuura, the company farms eels and pufferfish in warm seawater throughout the year.
The high seawater temperature allows for rapid growth, and because the seawater is always clean and fresh, it is always circulating,
The fish has a reputation for being tasty and odorless.
